Location: the hotel was near to the city center and locations of interest, and the best dining options. There were brand-new, great-sized rooms with balcony.
The bathroom was very small, I didn't like it.

The room was brand-new & good-sized, came with an outside window, balcony and separate bedroom. We enjoyed authentic restaurant at the Top floor;)))

The property was reasonably clean and perfectly located in walking distance to the modern Baku shopping area where an open air mall exists. The staff there were fabulously helpful and service-oriented. Booked a room with astonishing views of the Old City.
Expected that there would be bar, but we didn't find it.
